This is a condensed version of the signature "Introduction to Meditation" course. A space to learn some basic techniques from the four styles of meditation over a weekend.
Includes:
- Meditation myth-busting
- Learn 4-5 basic techniques from the 4 main styles of meditation, that can be done independently at home
- Strategies to develop your own independent meditation practice
- Guided recordings to practice at home until you build your confidence

Meditation Deep Dive
6 week course
A deep dive into the four styles of meditation. By the end of the course you will be an independent meditator with a primary practice and several other techniques you can use on your own.
Learn about meditation including:
- what is and isn't meditation and myth-busting
- the four styles of meditation
- how these relate to different mind types
- your own mind type
- a simple meditation technique from each style
- how to build a consistent meditation practice
- when to use each technique as well as identifying your primary practice

"Meditation for women with breast cancer"
6 week online course
Specifically for women experiencing breast cancer, this online course will give you the skills and techniques to develop your own meditation practice in a supportive environment with other women and an instructor with lived experience.

A six week exploration of the four main styles of meditation. Learn simple (and comfortable) techniques from each style of meditation with recordings for home practice and support between sessions from a teacher who has been through breast cancer.
