Take some time out for yourself and join in on an online meditation class to raise funds for local breast cancer charity Blush Cancer Care. October is breast cancer awareness month and all proceeds from this session will go to supporting the great work that Blush Cancer Care do in the community.

About The Event
Spend an hour on self-care for a good cause. During this class we will use some simple breathing, mindfulness and meditation techniques to allow your mind and body to deeply relax. A great way to prepare for the coming busy season.
No previous meditation experience is required, suitable for all levels.
