A six week exploration of the four main styles of meditation in a supportive environment with other women experiencing breast cancer
Learn simple (and comfortable) techniques from each style of meditation with recordings to take home
Support from a teacher who has been through breast cancer
Weekly sessions run for an hour and include recordings for home practice and support between sessions
