Mindful moments for a cause

Join us for a peaceful and powerful Sunday afternoon meditation in support of Blush Cancer Care Toowoomba, a local charity dedicated to providing vital support to women navigating breast cancer.

This guided meditation session will be a gentle, restorative experience designed for all levels, whether you're new to meditation or a long-time practitioner. Led by Karen Makkai from Real Life Meditation, herself a breast cancer survivor, you’ll be guided through calming breathwork, body awareness, and a relaxing guided meditation, helping you reconnect with inner peace while giving back to the community.

Every dollar raised goes directly to Blush Cancer Care, a Toowoomba-based not-for-profit that works tirelessly to improve the journey for women diagnosed with breast cancer in Toowoomba, the Darling Downs, and Lockyer Valley.
